The setup of the hotel is no doubt top of the class..

when check in,it was very confusing as the staff at the ground floor do not recognize who was their guest even though we were carrying the luggages..no clear signages to indicate where to check in and were left wandering around and no body actually took the initiative to show us..Only 1 lift is designed to carry passenger to the car park and the staff didnt even bother to tell us when we were wandering around trying to figure out how to get to the car park..should train your staff well..
